About Us

Rock Water Farm Landscapes & Hardscapes, established in 2005 by Todd Thomasson, builds upon a family legacy of farming and a strong work ethic. Todd's parents, JW and Linda Thomasson, purchased a 240-acre property in Danville, Virginia, in 1973, naming it "Rock Water Farm" after the three creeks with prominent rock outcroppings running through it. This farm remains operational today. Leveraging his Landscape & Turf Management degree from Virginia Tech, Todd founded Rock Water Farm Landscapes & Hardscapes, where he continues to lead as the primary stone mason and landscape designer.

The company is dedicated to serving the community and upholding values of service, accountability, quality, and integrity. This commitment has positioned Rock Water Farm as a leading property maintenance company in Loudoun County, Virginia

I started using Rock Water Farm for lawn maintenance last fall and loved their service and quick response to any question I had. This spring sealed the deal for me. They've always done a fantastic job but I had a rabbit nest in my front yard and was concerned about it being run over. The guys went above and beyond to ensure that the nest was protected and even got down on their knees to hand trim the grass with clippers around the nest, ensuring it was not disturbed but the lawn still looked great. This is exceptional service and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for lawn care.
